Some of the steps we are taking:

1. Signing Real Estate Disclosure forms prior to inspection

2. We request that Clients/Agents/Sellers not attend the inspection.

3. All inspection will be reviewed by phone and or video call.

4. We will wear protective gloves and mask during the inspection.

5. We will clean our hands thoroughly prior to and between inspections.

6. Sanitize any areas that require me to actually touch belongings or equipment.

7. Our tools, gear bags, and other items that enter the home, will be sterilized prior to and post inspections.

8. We will keep a safe distance, and adhere to the social distancing guidelines.

9. We will take all other prudent steps to protect ourselves, Realtors, clients and homeowners from the spread of COVID-19.
