Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between the Low Tide, Rising Tide, and High Tide packages?

All three packages include a thorough inspection of your home's major systems and components. The difference is in the level of thermal imaging and drone coverage. Low Tide is a complete visual inspection with targeted thermal scanning. Rising Tide adds full wall-to-wall interior thermal imaging and expanded drone coverage. High Tide includes everything in Rising Tide plus your choice of one premium service such as radon testing, sewer scope, or WETT inspection.

When will I receive my report?

I prioritize fast delivery to keep your transaction moving.

You will receive your photo documented digital report via email within 24 hours of the on-site assessment. (Typically same day)

How do I know which package is right for my home?

It depends on the age, size, and features of the property. Older homes with original wiring, plumbing, or insulation benefit from the expanded thermal coverage in Rising Tide or High Tide. Newer homes or condos may only need the essentials covered in Low Tide. The recommendation tool on this page asks a few quick questions about your property and suggests the best fit.

Can I upgrade my package after booking?

Yes. If you book a Low Tide or Rising Tide package and decide you want more coverage, just call or text us before your inspection date and I will adjust your booking.

What if I still have questions about which package to choose?

Call or text (506) 651-9461 and I will walk you through your options based on your specific property. There is no pressure and no obligation, I am always happy to help you decide before you book.
